Order & Delivery

  • All orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched.
  • We aim to deliver all orders within 4 working days after payment is cleared. Most orders arrive sooner.
  • Orders are sent via courier to the address registered with your account.
  • We only deliver to the cardholder’s billing address or a verified business address.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Services team at 02084320727 as soon as possible.
  • We may ask you to send a photo of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Do not throw away the damaged item until we advise you to do so.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact Customer Services immediately and provide a description and barcode of the item.
  • If something is missing from your delivery, contact us right away.
  • We may request a photo of the packaging for our investigation.
  • You must notify us of any delivery issues within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Gift Vouchers & eVouchers

  • If a voucher is used and the associated payment fails fraud checks, the voucher will not be reactivated.
  • We cannot apply a voucher code after an order is placed.
  • If an item bought with an eVoucher is returned, we will refund the eVoucher first, then the rest to your card.
