  1. If your product is faulty or has a problem, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
  2. For faulty returns, you will get a full refund or a replacement.
  3. If you return an unwanted item, change your mind, or bought it by mistake, there is a 20% processing fee.
  4. This fee covers our original order expenses.
  5. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
  6. It must also be in its original packaging.
